Integrated Project Team

PROJECT MANAGERS

Our project managers are responsible for planning, organising and directing our projects. They are first point of call for all of our builder partners.

OH&S

Our OH&S manager is responsible developing, implementing, improving the health and safety plans, programs and procedures in the workplace.

ESTIMATION

Our estimators are responsible for determining the total cost for each project, including quantity of materials, timing and labour costs.

QA SYSTEM

Our QA system includes the use of our in house surveyor, a pre pour checklist and ITP’s that are completed by our foreman, and finished off with As Builts after the slab is complete.

ENGINEERING OPTIMISATION

Our engineers focus on improving our designs to make sure they are strong, efficient and durable.

HR TEAM

Our HR Team is responsible for managing the employees at Solid. This includes recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training our staff.
